We recommend parking on the Blue Level in the garage on the East side of Grand Boulevard. Once parked, enter to the right of the Security Office and take the elevator to the third floor. Turn left out of the elevator. Follow signs and walk down the steps to the glass doors leading outside. The Hallmark Visitors Center and Kaleidoscope are straight ahead.
This parking facility uses pay-by-plate technology. Each time your vehicle drives through the entrance and exit, a camera takes a photo of your license plate and records a timestamp to facilitate the visit. When you drive out, your account will automatically be charged for the duration of your parking session. To sign up in advance, simply scan the QR code here or below and add your license plate number, credit card number and email, or you can do it upon arrival.
- Two hours of free parking is available in our retail parking garage for all guests by scanning the QR code available at Kaleidoscope or the Crown Center shops or restaurants.
- Five hours of free parking is available if you spend $50 or more at Crown Center shops or restaurants. Simply show your same-day receipts to Crown Center Customer Service during shop hours to scan the 5-hour QR validation code. (Please note: receipts are not accepted at the parking gate – so be sure to scan the QR code at Kaleidoscope or at Customer Service before leaving.)
- Attraction validations vary and are available by scanning the QR code at the respective attractions (Ice Terrace, Sealife/Legoland, Coterie, MTH and Hallmark Visitor’s Center/Kaleidoscope,)

Standard-sized vehicles may park in accessible spots on the Red Level parking (also labeled “interview parking”) on the north side of 25th Street off E. Pershing Road.
Oversized vehicles (taller than 6’5”) may park on the south side of 25th Street in the designated Hallmark Visitors Center/Kaleidoscope accessible parking spots with a signed permit. Please obtain a signed parking permit from the front desk of either site to display on the dash of your vehicle.

Buses, large vans and oversized vehicles may park on either McGee Trafficway north of 26th Street or on Warwick Trafficway between 26th and 27th Streets.

Directions from the North on I-29, I-35 and Broadway Bridge
Follow I-35 South to the 20th Street exit (#1D). Turn left onto 20th Street and go to Grand. Turn right onto Grand. We recommend parking in the Crown Center garage on the east side of Grand.
Directions from the South on I-35
Follow I-35 North to the Broadway exit (#2U). Turn right on Broadway and follow to Pershing Road. Turn left at Pershing and go to Grand. Turn right onto Grand. We recommend parking in the Crown Center garage on the east side of Grand.
Directions from the South on 71 Hwy
Follow 71 Hwy North to the Linwood Blvd./31st Street Exit. Turn left onto Linwood Blvd. and follow to Main Street. Turn right onto Main Street and go to Grand. Turn a slight right onto Grand. We recommend parking in the Crown Center garage on the east side of Grand.
Directions from the East on I-70
Follow I-70 West toward downtown Kansas City. Take the 2Q Exit toward Truman Road. Make a slight right to stay straight on Truman Road. Take the second left onto Grand. Follow Grand to Crown Center. We recommend parking in the Crown Center garage on the east side of Grand.
Directions from the West on I-70
Follow I-70 East to I-670 East. Take the I-35 South exit. Stay in the right lane. Exit at 20th Street (#1D). Turn left onto 20th Street and turn right onto Grand. We recommend parking in the Crown Center garage on the east side of Grand.
